Hello friends, and welcome to my Malagasy food blog. I've been posting videos about how to prepare Malagasy recipes on my Youtube channel for over a year, and it feels like time to open up a more interactive space for fans of Malagasy food (I know I'm not the only one!) to meet and exchange ideas with one another.
The blog will be in French and English and will include videos, photos and discussion. I'll do my best to keep the posts 50/50 and minimize the grammatical mistakes, although I most likely won't take the time to add in the proper French language characters. Every minute spent doing that is one minute less in the kitchen making Malagasy food!
